Rajnish Mohan (Raj) is the Senior Vice President and Centre Director for IONNOR Solutions, an EVRY ASA group company. Raj has about 20 years of experience in IT Delivery and Operations, Sales and Client Relationship Management. Prior to this Raj was with TCS for about 17 years and had held various roles, including Sales, Large Account Management and Strategy & Planning. Raj brings in over a decade of working experience in the US, UK and European Markets.
Raj has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur. He lives in Chandigarh with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include reading books, following and analyzing cricket, following global markets.
Santosh Kotnis is Head - Services Business at IONNOR. He heads the Offshore Operations, which focuses on providing IT operational support and maintenance support. His has 10+ years of work experience in implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across several functions in the automotive, retail, heavy engineering and construction industries. His areas of specialization include PLM, Business Management, CRM, and Delivery management. Prior to joining IONNOR, Santosh was Global Relationship Manager and Delivery Manager for Dassult Systems services group in Geometric Global. Before this role he was based out in US, helping with customers implementing Enovia MatrixOne PLM as onsite coordinator, implementation consultant, and Solution Architect. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Stratford Career Institute, USA. He is a fitness geek and gyms regularly; likes to read and write in his spare time.
Komal Kapoor is Chief Human Resources Officer at IONNOR. She heads Human Resources Department, which caters to overall HR activities and functions carried out at IONNOR. She has 11+ years of work experience in gamut of HR functions like Recruitment, Talent Management and Talent Engagement and has worked across IT, ITES & Manufacturing sector with prior experience at GE, Trident Group. Prior to IONNOR, she worked with an IT Company in USA. Her core expertise lies in Strategic HR, Corporate Communication and Talent Management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics Honors from Punjab University, Chandigarh and MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis, Pune. Being an out and out people’s person, she loves to interact with people, travel & explore new places. She is an avid reader and in her spare time, she indulges in reading fiction and writing short stories and articles. Komal Kapoor has been bestowed with prestigious WOMEN SUPER ACHIEVER AWARD for year 2011 for excellence in Human Resources practices at 6th Employer Branding Awards & India Human Capital Summit 2011. Bikramjit Singh is the Onsite Operations Manager at IONNOR. He heads the Norman ASA, India Operations which is a world leader and pioneer in proactive content security solutions and malware tools. He has over 10 years experience in IT and ITES industry as Project/ Product Manager. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Product development, User Interface /Web application development, and Graphic designing. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Information Technology. Prior to joining IONNOR, Bikramjit was Project Manager-Technology for EBSWorldwide and was primarily managing mutli-lingual online campaign designing tool for global brands like IBM, Sony and AVAYA. He was also responsible for other web based development projects. Before that he was working with Quark Media House as Product Manager for Print to Web application. In his spare time, Bikramjit loves to read, sketch, and explore to new destinations.
Krishnan T.A. P, the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) is a Chartered Accountant with 23 years of post qualification experience in areas covering Audit, Accounts & finance, Commercial function in industries spanning Audit, Manufacturing industries, Marketing & Trading organizations, IT & ITES industries both in India & abroad. His expertise and credentials are apt for the overall growth of any company. He believes in close interaction with staff members and interpersonal relationships. My hobbies are listening to Music (Carnatic instrumental) and contributing small articles through forums on various issues of general interest.
He is also a member of PETA and an active campaigner of animal rights. He deeply believes in the principles of natural justice.
Anil B. Rao is the Head of Applications Group and is leading IT setup in coordination with teams at Chandigarh, Bangalore and Norway. He has over 17 years of experience in IT Engineering, Program Management, Client Co-ordination, Bid Management and Leadership which is used to manage large teams, key accounts and relationships in SPAN. Prior to his current assignment, Anil has handled onsite client coordination for SPAN clients in US and also smoothly handled onsite coordination between SPAN and EVRY for over 5 years. Since joining SPAN in 1999, Anil has successfully lead project delivery teams on various technical platforms from offshore for clients and also played lead coordination roles in pivotal organization level resource development and internship programs. He has acted as a consultant to SPAN sales force in their business development activities targeted at NASDAQ and Fortune listed companies. Prior to SPAN, Anil worked in software development and team lead positions, primarily in Mainframe technologies. Anil has an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University, India. His hobbies include reading, watching and playing cricket, travelling.
